Mr. Shiu, a butcher recalled, "When I saw this kind of so-called
"stupid" animal sobbing and with his eyes in fear and sorrow, I started trembling." "I called the rest over to see.
They were just as surprised. We kept pushing the bull forward, but he just didn't want to move and sat there
Billy Fong, owner of the packaging factory said, "People thought animals didn't cry
like human beings. However that bull really sobbed like a baby." At that time, more than ten strong men witnessed
the scene and they were all touched. Those who were responsible for slaughtering even felt more touched and teared
Other workers working at the same slaughter house also came to see the crying bull.
It was all packed with people. They were all in shock by this scene. Three of them said they would never forget
this crying bull when they slaughter other animals.
With both man and animal crying, everyone knew that nobody could kill the bull. The
problem was, what should they do with him? In the end, they raised funds to buy this crying bull and sent him to a
temple, where the kind monks would take care of him for life.
After the workers had made a decision, a miracle happened. A worker said, "When we
promised this bull that we will not kill him, he started moving and followed us."
How did he understand people's words?
Mr. Shiu said "Believe it or not? This is real although it sounds unbelievable." No
doubt, this bull changed these butchers' lives.
"By eating meat we share the responsibility of
climate change, the destruction of our forests, and the poisoning of our air and water. The simple act of
becoming a vegetarian will make a difference in the health of our planet."

There is so much dietary and health information available, that it can be overwhelming, when
someone is searching for sound advice. Information originating from our parents, or experts, doctors,
nutritionists, midwifes, etc. There is traditional diets or what the cavemen and women ate,
For myself I have found some sound advice in
the past from: Dr. Norman Walker, Dr. Ann Wigmore, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Viktoras Kulvinskas, Herbert M. Shelton,
Jethro Kloss, John Robbins, Gabriel Cousens M.D., Mike Adams, Philip Kapleau, Dr. Brian Clement, Gary Null
Ph.D., my parents or peers, midwifes and several other people.
Many people worldwide have benefited throughout
history from advice and/or remedial action they have received, that at times was lifesaving and/or helped to
improve their quality of life.
There has also been advice given or actions
taken towards people that was considered traditional or based on ignorance, superstition, religious
fanaticism, or from the medical or pharmaceutical industries, that have ended up being harmful or deadly
leading to unnecessary suffering and/or death. In the world many profitable businesses are reliant on the
suffering and/or death of many living beings.
Here is a short list of different diets, some of which I don't
personally recommend like the Blood Type Diet and certain aspects of the Atkins Diet which is low in fruits,
vegetables and whole grains, and to high in cholesterol and fat:
Buddhist, Lacto vegetarianism, Lacto-ovo vegetarianism, Atkins, Gluten free, Blood Type, Fit for Life, Fruitarian,
Low fat, Low-carbohydrate, Macrobiotic, Low-protein, Raw Foodism, etc.
I will be providing more detailed information
and pictures as soon as possible about the different fruits, vegetables, greens, etc. listed in the pages
